Located very close to the Ratchaparop airport link station, it is only 15 min walking from the Siam commercial area and about 20-30 min by taxi from the main touristic attractions (Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew). The area has plenty of street markets, restaurants and massage shops. Our room was very well equipped and clean.
Our only complaint is that we booked a double room and we had to stay in a twin one. Since we liked the place, we decided to extend our stay under condition to be moved to a double room but the staff hadn't been able to comply with our request, apparently due to a lack of communication between the staff.

The toilet design, and location of AC The comode is just in front of the door, does not give a very comfortable feeling. the granite shelf at besin level should have slope inwards. Now water get stagnent on the shelf and drips on the floor, which is uncomfortable for the use of the basin.

Conveniently located along the city-link rail to airport, at the Ratchaprarop station that is also not so far from the tourist locations. It is also convenient to reach by the Saen Saep canal (in which very cheap motor boats run), at the Pratunam station. Our A/C room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful.
Its location is perfect, just 7 minutes walk from the airport railway link, and can be easily found. The staffs there are very friendly and cute.
Very good location, friendly stuff, tasty kebabs in the restaurant's menu, 7eleven just near the entrance, few steps from Ratchaprapop station. Would definitely stay there next time.
The room is ideal for those travelers who mostly spend their time outside at the daytime. Anyway, there was nothing to be unsatisfied with.

I like the location which is very near the shopping areas; just walking distance. I also feel that the staff right from the restaurant to the reception area were very helpful.
The floors are not airconditioned; very hot. However, having said that, perhaps it is not very necessary considering it is just a short distance to the lift, and we do not have to wait too long for the lift up/down

The location of the hotel is very nice. It is very close to the market and entertainments. Rooms were very much spacious and cleaned.
Breakfast is almost common in everyday.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was around 10am and they let us early check in without any extra payment. The room is big, especially the bathroom. The location is great. It's walking distance about 5 mins to Platinum Mall.

far from the city centre (although we knew that when booking the hotel), we booked a room with twin beds but got with a double (changed the room next day though)

Halal foods in and near the hotel, friendly staffs, low price but well facilities. Next to 7/11. There are a lot of massage services around the hotel. There is also souvenir stall near the hotel which is cheaper than in mbk! There is also Qibla sign for moslems.
The first time I entered the room, there was a moldy/musty odor. We have to ask for slippers, although it was free. There was no divider/barrier between toilet and shower area. Therefore it was slippery when we entered the bathroom.
Room clean. Staff quite good. Breaksfast buffet was still ok for me. Valued for money.
walking distance to central world, but quite far distance for me, need about 10 minutes. No kettle in the room. Sound-proof system in room was bad. I can hear everything of the next room. The rest was fine.

the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. location is QUITE near to platinum (around 15mins walk). 7-11 and foot massage right next door which is a plus.
bedsheet wasn't very clean with hair and stains etc. bed was also very hard. view sucked - looking straight into a local's home. free breakfast is also not very appealing.
