  Staff was very friendly and did everything for us to feel comfortable and welcome. We felt like a part of the family that owns the hotel. Location was great and the view of Matterhorn from our south-side room was breathtaking.   Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing.
