The toiletries supplied (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) were good ones and the bathroom also had a cabinet for storage. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions. I love the intimacy. I had a lovely single room off a courtyard. It was easy to go in and out but staff were always discretely on hand to answer any queries.

  We had a very comfortable stay here with our 1-year-old son. The family room in the annex was perfect for us -- it's really 2 adjoining rooms, so we could put our son to bed early then sit up with the lights on in the room next door. I love that!
