  Staff was always very helpful and available. Restaurant was good for dinner and became a good option at good prices. Room was small but comfortable and the extra room with the sofa bed for our son was very convenient. Internet was surprisingly good in the room with excellent speed and for free.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.
