Location for the city of arts and sciences, shopping at El Corte Ingles etc. was excellent. Spa facilities look good
The spa/fitness suite opening hours. Opening at 10 a.m. is VERY late. I needed to be out of the hotel before 10 a.m. and return later than 10 p.m., so I couldn't use the facilities at all, which was very disappointing. Gluten-free bread in the breakfast room would also have been helpful

Took ages to check in!! 1 member of staff was dealing with people who appeared not to have a reservation and they were causing a fuss. The other member of staff just looked on! Even the following day the stag at front dead appeared to bevbusybdoing nothing and were not attentive!

The wood flooring was not very well sound insulated, which meant internal noise was a problem particularly from the bathrooms.

We've come to Valencia, first of all, to visit Oceanographic and the hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from it. It's not difficult to get to the historic centre. El Corte Ingles is in the other side of the street if you want shopping
Mooi hotel & lekker ontbijt. Erg ruime kamer. Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias op slechts 5 min te voet. Dichtbij shoppingcentrum. Veel faciliteiten (wel allemaal betalend). Mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren. Nice hotel & tasty breakfast. Large room. Close to the shopping centre. Only 5 min walk to ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. There are a lot of facilities (all paying). There is the possibility to rent a bike.
Het linnen (handdoeken en beddengoed) was niet echt proper. Het rook onfris en was telkens zichtbaar bevuild. Locatie tot aan strand: 30 min te voet Locatie tot centrum: 45 min te voet. The bedding and the towels weren't clean. They smelt dirty and were visibly soiled. Time to the beach: 30 min by foot. Time to the centre of the city: 45 min by foot.

Location. Large comfortable beds. Good parking. Hotel easy to access from the motorway.
No Wi Fi in the rooms, and very slow WI Fi in the public areas. Carpets in the corridors and near the lifts were stained and dirty, although they were being cleaned on the day we left. No pillow protectors and no liners in the waste bin in the bathroom. Very limited supplies in the mini bar.
The location was very ideal, close to everything, with two big shopping centre right opposite and an amazing beach just 10 minutes away!! .. The spa was brilliant!
Reception staff friendly. Modern hotel. Spa was included in our package and was lovely offering 80 mins of relaxation during our city break. Take a swimming cap and flip flops. Towels & locker provided. Breakfast was buffet style, good selection. Cort Ingles opposite. Handy for bus routes into city centre. Walking distance to Oceanografic. Excellent hotel.
Parking is difficult. Many restricted parking areas. But we got lucky and parked beside the hotel for free.
The style of the hotel,modern and clean. The location was superb and the local bars and restaurants were great value, quality and Spanish. Gardens lovely. I was there with my sister from NZ and my son and wife from London, England, they all loved it.

The room felt a little uncared for i.e. the safe was not working ,shaving mirror missing and towel rail hanging off the wall. We asked them to see to the safe and a man was sent up to look at it but he was unable to fix it and he told us he would return which he failed to do.Some of the crockery in the breakfast area was badly chipped. The whole experience felt impersonal there was no welcome or thanks for staying.
The staff where all really helpful and spoke good English. The room we where in was very modern, extremely clean and spacious.
The beds where on wheels and moved around. Airconditioning in the room could have been a bit cooler.
Excellent hotel in a great location. Good value for money.

No internet on iPhone.. Not enough personnel, long waiting time at the reception.. Misinformation or lack of information about the use of facilities (e.g. bike rental, spa access)...
You can rent a bike right at the reception - this is a great way to explore the City of Arts and Science! There is a bakery just at the entrance of the hotel (for those who don`t include breakfast). El Corte Englese is next door.
Rooms were nice
Close to the museums, shopping, and public transportation systems of Valencia. Underground parking garage is a bonus.

Very good location, for sightseeing and also shopping. Clean good size rooms, modern looking, except some small details all very well. Good value for your money.
No slippers in the room, you can get them if you ask at the reception, no waste basket in the bathroom only bedroom, airconditioning not heating in our room so a little bit cold eventhough outside is 17 Celzius but very windy so a little bit of heating would be great.
Overall the hotel was good with a fantastic location.
We paid for a Junior Suite however for a 4 star hotel I think the suite was very very basic and next time I would just choose a standard room. I think to become a true 4 star hotel they have a bit of work to do

I stayed this hotel only for two nights, the room was clean but not comfortable and the system of lighting it's not enough for 4* hotel, bar and restaurant was excellent, WiFi can't access in room very very poor.
The breakfast
We didn't think the hotel was very clean. Bed sheets with stains, carpet in the corridors were dirty, staff weren't particularly friendly and the spa was 'booked' for 3 days solid and apparently had to be pre booked as there were limited spaces available?
