was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

Great hotel, excellent location above the MRT station, Chinatown with many restaurants just around the corner. Excellent staff, very nice, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is relatively big (ca. 20m distance for swimming, plus adjacent pool for relaxing, although only 1.20m deep). I received a very good price for this nice hotel, probably because the hotel is new and after only 3 months not yet fully booked.

The staff were amazing and ultra-accommodating to me and my hubby's requests! The robes were high quality and comfortable, lots of good amenities in the room like complementary Nespresso, water, juice and cokes... very refreshing. All the rooms were beautiful. The room we had was clean and spacious with a nice view.
Complimentary coffee is excellent. The staff are really friendly and ready to help whenever required. We arrived well before the check-in time and were offered early check-in no charge.
