  We travelled with a 10 week old, and they were great having a crib waiting in our room, and an upgrade so we'd be more comfortable. Also the kitchen facilities are lovely and handy if you need a break from eating out.   We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there ... was die leute sagen » and made me feel a bit uncomfortable asking for my daily omelette because she was frowning every morning!). Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again
