  Mitarbeiter, Service - I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are ... was die leute sagen » too cold.
