  Ken or Kenneth (i think thats his name) from Frontdesk is great! He is tge person who attended to us when we arrived and when we left. A very very nice and polite person. He is very helpful to us telling us where to go and how to go to places. Also, the bus driver at night. Family rooms are rare in Singapore from my research. The interconnecting family room at Days was great. The staff were wonderful especially the Bell boy - he gave us directions and helped get us to where we wanted to go on numerous occasions. He even helped load our luggage into taxis even though he had officially finished work for the day. The hotel is a little out of the city but they offer a great free shuttle service to the train. Great hote

  The bellhop Mohd was amazing. So nice and courteous to always offer a helping hand. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast was a nice touch for the morning as well. Loved the pool and glad there were towels always there to use. Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.
