Although the hotel is new and therefore starts fledging. The staffs are very friendly and ready to help. It is a very economic hotel without compromising the quality of service. The rooms are modern and new. I would definitely come back again if they maintain the same high quality of service. a young but very professional personal very close to the mosque to al rawda between 5min max very clean the price is deserved.
alle bewertungen » Close proximity to the Holy Prophet's (PBUH) Mosque. Ample parking . It was a good place to stay in. Close to Haram. Restaurants and shops at walking distance. Hotel staff is courteous and all basic aminities were available. It is value for money. The reception guys are gentle, if you are going for short period it's OK. Location. The hotel is walking distance from Alnabwi mosque through the street on the side of hotel takes you straight to gate no 6 of the mosque.i timed myself from hotel to mosque and it took me 6 minutes but I do walk a little fast.max at leisure walk you need 10mins that was the best thing and the shops are everywhere and for my pakistani brother sisters who like pakistani hotel there is a good one just almost on the next street of the hotel.try it out. Hot water 24 hours. Excellent air-conditioning; working elevators. Quick service though low quality. It is neat and clean. nothing. The curtain in the bathroom where we were living goes a little bit outside the bath which allows water to spill outside the bath. no wifi service. Lack of Food Warmer/Heater in the room. route map is misleading. Receptionist told me that the underground parking is for staff only !!!! and guest park outside. I had to call the room service to come and at least clean the garbage bin and towels. Hotel should be smoke free. Some guests kept their doors open and smoke on the same floor. Toilets needs to be bit more clean. Rooms are good, but very small and so is the bathroom. Hotel is very difficult to find for a first timer. This may be because all the road works around Salam road. The room wasn't ready when I reach no bed sheet not clean , dirty pathroom , my check in time was 4:00 PM and I reach to the Hotel around 6:00 PM and I wait for Half hour , after all of that the room was smelling bad. the bathroom was not that much clean. The hotel is not so clean and it's basic. There was no room service. Our room did not get cleaned, neither did we get clean bed linen all our stay long. The hotel staff could barely speak english, we could not understand them and vice versa. The hotel restaurant was presumebly turkish, so there was nothing really we managed to eat in the hotel. Non friendly staff; untidy environment; dirty bathroom... Shower was not fixed; bed linen was not fresh and clean. Smelly washroom. Small rooms. It is quite difficult to find out the hotel. more over, provided telephone number is wrong. waiting a lot for elevators.
