  Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained. Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review normal room but suite was excellent. As a coincidence we met the lady who had made our sign-in one hour later at u - Perfect location. Minimum time spent for registration to hotel. Unexpectedly tasty breakfast with lot of options.

I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). Add to that 2 TVs, a private - This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.
