Please note that the apartments administration will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made on the day of booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the payment has not been transferred. The keys can be picked up in the office located on 8 Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street (Dom Finlandii Business Centre – Suomi talo), 3rd floor, office B303 from 10.00 am till 18.30. If your estimated arrival time is earlier or later than the office open hours please inform the administration in advance, and the keys will be left for you at the reception of the business centre. Please pay attention that all keys shall be returned to the office of Forenom company ин not later than 14.00 on the day of departure. In order to hand over the keys you can use paid services of a courier of Forenom.
