Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.
