  Been to this hotel many times. Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Location is excellent and you can walk to most of the places of interest - Kremlin etc in 10 minutes. Metro station 2 minutes away. - Everything was top, as always.   Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.
