  My review is based on booking a standard room, so there is no option of breakfast in the room. The location and value for money is excellent. The location is also excellent -- you can easily walk to the Hermitage and Nevsky Prospekt, and it's only a couple blocks from St. Isaac's, but it's far enough way from the main tourist areas that it's fairly quiet. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast is good -- porridge, boiled egg, toast, coffee, juice -- and it's not a buffet!
