  The staff was very helpful, they brought us by car to and from the hotel and also came to get us from Cota 1400 when we got caught in the rain. The hotel is modern, clean and our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the mountains and a large balcony.   The place was beyond our expectations, we got everything we needed and more. The rooms are very spacious, with all the details thought of, the kitchen was super, we even had a mixer and a dish-washer, but the staff told us that we don't even have to do the dishes, the wonderful cleaning lady did that every day. We stayed for 5 days - I enjoyed everything: great location among Carpathian mountains, great staff (very friendly, English speaking), excellent apartments: clean, convenient and large enough for the middle-size family (probably the best I've ever seen in Romania). The price was surprisingly low for such luxuries, Visa/MasterCard was accepted. Convenient parking. Overall, this is probably the best hotel I've seen in Romania. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
