  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable!   This is a true 5 star hotel and hard to find these days. Many others around the world claim they are and are far from it. At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

I ordered the superior package and I got a large apartment with two large well designed rooms with a view. The staff was friendly and kind , I lost my electric adapter - and received one free of charge. The breakfast was large and rich and the gym was new and contained everything you need to exercise (even a cooler with bottles of mineral water , free of charge) .Recommended .

Gabriella actually lent her her own coat so that I would be warm enough while sight seeing! We will absolutely be returning to the Athenee Palace Hilton on our next trip to Bucharest!
