It was a wonderful surprise to have such good self-catering facilities. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Laundry facilities useful. An interesting place with all apartments labelled as village shops,businesses etc. Only a few minutes walk to lakeside and shops.

We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, who showed us to our room and gave us two freshly baked muffins, lovely. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The next morning I asked where I could book a particular trip to Milford Sound - the receptionist sorted it all out for me and booked the cruise.
The laundry facilities were also very handy and, again, spotless.

we rent and booked 2 bedrooms apt . we notified that we would be there 5 adults and 2 children. the rooms were as expected. 1 room with 3 single beds and another bed room with double bed. and they prepared the sofa bed in the living room to very comfy . i recommend this apartment to whom want to go holiday with family. dont worry they have all necesarry things to cook . laundry is also available ib other sidebof the apArtment.

The Manager is a smiling font of knowledge - best value-for-money tours, best place to eat, even Dad-jokes. We were 4 seniors on a fly-drive junket and our unit was very adequate. Good sized ensuite, lots of hot water, clean spacious rooms and well located in a quiet street with a nice walk to the main street.

We had a 2 bedroom unit for our family with 2 young children.The unit was clean and tidy. Our hosts were kind enough to lend a big Fisher Price toy which kept our young ones occupied. We were planning to go to Milford Sound the next day and our hosts kept us up-to-date with regards to the road conditions to Milford Sound. There was also laundry and dryer facilities available for us. Wi-Fi Internet was also provided for free which was rare during our trip to New Zealand.

A great place to stay a night before and night of our 2 hour amazing trip to Milford Sound. This was matched by the friendliness of our host, Ray, quality of hot breakfast, wi-fi, comfort of our room. Delightful setting with all rooms named after a Shakespearean play. Rooms were large, tastefully decorated and warm, with a small ensuite and tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfast was wonderful!! Ray is the perfect host, very friendly and helpful, and a great cook attending even to the smallest details. Highly recommend this B&B.
