  We were 4 seniors on a fly-drive junket and very pleased with our unit. Clean and tidy, well maintained, kitchen adequate for our needs, clean towels and crisp bed linen and the surrounding grounds testament to a well kept hotel. Queenstown really is the adventure capital of NZ. - Everything, it was our best hotel in New Zealand. The apartment was huge, clean and extremely comfortable. We were a family with 2 children under 3 and grandparents too and we could all have our space. The apartment had 2 floors, 2 panoramic balconies looking at the lake, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 upstairs rooms. Easy access from the garage to the room through an elevator. I would highly recommend it!

  Apartment was clean and comfortable at was exactly what we wanted it to be. After a day skiing the spa was fantastic. Staff were very responsive when there was a problem with the smoke alarm. Great location to spend five days discovering Wanaka. - Great modern unit with a full size kitchen, lock up garage and large living area. Lovely views.   the staff was really really friendly! they were very busy and i asked for another room. not because mine was bad but because of a generator outside making too much noise. it was no problem, i got another room and they even helped me out with lugguge. Great location, a short walk into town - yes, it is uphill on the way back but they do offer a free shuttle service every hour if you don't want to walk back! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff are so pleasant and friendly, very helpful in booking a range of activities for us, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All in all, a great stay, hope we can come back some time!

  Nicely located near to the lake, close enough to the city yet far from the noise. Fantastic facilities (washing machine & dryer, Flatscreen TVs in living area and room etc) and very well equiped kitchen with dish washer, oven and microwave.   Our first time at Tanoa and we very much enjoyed it. It was great value for money. Comfortable room and beds and even a view despite being in the courtyard. Staff are friendly, food in the restaurant was nice and the service was professional. Will use again. This studio unit is very good value for money for 4 persons compared to another room we had also stayed in ( a private twin/ double for 3 persons which was rather cramped ).   We had a studio apt without a view but it fit our needs since we did not plan to be in the room much. We did not mind the 10 - 15 minute walk into town because we liked the exercise. We worked out to keep the charge on instead of reversing it and provided with a bottle on wine on arrival. Views from apartment 16 were breathtaking. Andrew, who is probably the manger, is an absolutely helpful and nice person. Interior design of the apartment is incredible and the colours are so comforty for the eyes and stylish. The hotel offers free internet, yummy sweets on arrival and there was a free iPhone app works as a guide and offers advice on activities in QT. SIMPLY THE BEST, SIMPLY COMING BACK.

  After booking online and securing a rather good deal, I became rather worried about staying at the Rydges after reading some of the feedback place. I neednt have been worried at all. From the moment I arrived until I left I had nothing but fantastic service. On arrival and check in I was greeted with a smile from the professional staff. I had booked a deluxe room with lake views and breakfast for two inclu - We booked a room with Lake view and asked for a balcony. We got both, with a friendly smile at our arrival. The extra cost for the stunning lake view is worth while. The location is excellent, in walking distance to Queenstown centre, ski gear rentals, cafes, eateries and supermarket. The staff were friendly. The hotel is good, the rooms good, with enough space for two people and two (open) suitcases + trolleys and still room to circulate. It had tea and coffee facilities and a little fridge.

  Location was great, we have stayed in Queenstown central previously and noise (traffic, patrons and public) can be an issue. The property at Hilton was well soundproofed. The one bred apartment we had was so well equipped. We found it ideal for our needs in every way. The location from a scenic point if view was great.
