  The apartments were very close to the city centre, so fairly handyfor restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful, coping with delays in preparing our rooms very politely. Comfortable accommodation with facilities very suitable for our overnight stay en route to Stewart Island after longish tour - so easy access to laundry facilities was very handy. The expert staff especially the reception staff. So friendly and helpful. We stayed 6 nights so the daily towel packs when it was not necessary to clean the room. We asked to move and it was not an issue. We loved room 25 with the beautiful garden outlook. Beds really comfy and rooms really big.
