  Looking at the map of Utrecht we were concerned that we'd be isolated from the town, and also from public transport. But in fact, there are lots of buses passing by (bus stop 200 metres away) and the trip to town is 10 minutes. The bus stops by the train station and its associated HUGE shopping mall. The hotel itself is very clean, everything work... was die leute sagen » s, facilities are good quality - for UK visitors, TV is BBC 1 and 2 plus World. BBC 1 is from Northern Ireland somewhat oddly. Breakfast is nicely p - We checked in at 5 in the morning (after a Trance party) and probably looked and sounded a bit weird (not drunk cause I don't drink ... just really tired and I had paint on my face :)) but the young guy at the reception was uber professional (like they usually are in Holland). Also, the next day, all the staff we met (in total 5 or 6) were extremely polite and professional. Big kudo's to the Dutch way of doing things.
