Karins welcome was wonderful - the unit had lots of little extra welcoming goodies too - very appreciated. The living area's (not kitchen) and bedrooms were huge. Location, location for sure. Great spacious and well maintained apartment in a very handy location. Well decorated. Great to have a balcony and lots of windows for light. We would happily stay again!. The apartment was very nice, spacious and full of light. Area is very good, trams not too far. Bars & restaurants also near. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture!.

Karin the owner of this apartment,a luvly lady. Style,Comfort and location. The location, comfortable beds, good size rooms except for the toilets which were separate from the bathroom. The stairs, 3 flights, very steep and narrow, we suggest this needs to be mentioned in the description too please. It would not have stopped us booking though. Tiny toilets so you need to be comfortable to leave the door open when using them!. Expecting the steep stairs and small toilets, our only negative would be the price but that's more compared to Eastern Europe where we had just been travelling rather than Amsterdam. If the price is ok with you, then don't hesitate - it's a great apartment!. The staircase was extrimely deep and long. If anyone has problems with climing long and narrow stairs, not suitable at all. Very, very small toilets (2). Stripping your own beds and takinh huge rubbish bin outside when you leave is a bit too much to ask, ref to the roomrate. Never have had to do that in any other apartment. Nothing. Nothing. Toilets could be a bit bigger but that's how they 're all structured in The Netherlands so nothing anyone could do about it. Small kitchen Very steep stairs. nothing. the stairs leading up to the apartment,very steep,there is no way elderly or diabled persons could stay there. Only stayed three nights. I liked the innkeeper and her immediate responses to text messages and her restaurant recommendations were better than dining in the Napa Valley!! We were even seated without reservations at a fully booked restaurant when we said we were saying with Karin at Casa Nuevo!. The STAIRS ARE INSANELY STEEP. Only okay for young people. Toilets so small, sitting down the door has to be kept open to be comfortable.
