  The owner, Mike, very polite and servicing. The breakfast also very good, although was a bit late as needed to leave early, bit it is ok given this hotel is not for business travellers and I chose it because I needed to attend a conference, and had to do it at the very last minute.   The host met us at the door with the keys and showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. All bedding and towels were fresh and the beds were comfortable. The host was accommodating and he gave us his mobile number in case we needed anything or had any questions. The location was perfect- 5 minute walk to a tram or 20 minute walk to... was die leute sagen » the city center. Could not have asked for a better place. Definitely a good value for what we payed! - We were 3 generations travelling together, from age 6 to 82. It was nice to find a place without to many stairs : ) The area is really quiet and safe, and the apartment is really spot on in terms of location, everything is near by – or a few tramstops away. Last, but not least – Guy is a really friendly and helpful man! Busstop to and from airport within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Best regards Gro

Also it has lots of light. Then we found lots of sympathy details: the capsules for the nespresso machine, the delicious chocolates. Also the location is perfect. If we come back to Amsterdam that's where we will want to stay.

  Staff were really friendly and the location was good! We went clubbing each night and came in around 6 but they had no problems with letting us in at whatever time. The guys at reception gave us about 100 maps because we kept asking for directions and they were really helpful! Clean towels everyday from cleaners and toilet roll always replenished.... was die leute sagen » The hotel was walking distance to all main attractions such as dam square, red light district etc. would definitely recommend this hotel for young gr - I liked the fact there's an elevator, the place was clean and seemed nice. the owners seemed very nice and friendly and pleasant. there's a free breakfast with two kinds of breads, buns, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, sliced meat. It wasn't the best breakfast selection but it was pretty good for the value. Loved the resident cat that kept wandering in and out dying for attention :) the lounge/breakfast area was nice.

  The hotel was in perfect location to explore Amsterdam, just around the corner from either Prisengracht or Keisergracht tram station and about 5 minutes walk into the very busy Leidsplein.
