He was extremely warm, helpful and attentive considering we arrived at 00.30 in the morning.The room was very spacious considering there were three single beds in the room. The room was also clean.

  The hotel is centrally located so the Old City and the new city are both just walking distance. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We had no issues. Highly recomended. - Location is great for Clubs and Casino. You can walk to the main square in 10 min. Taxi cabs are everywhere. Very nice to stay outside of the Medina.

There are a selection of varying hotel standards to fit your choice but, more importantly, it is centrally connect - The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great.   Hotel Chems is a wonderful oasis far enough away from the chaos of the city! You can walk back from the main square past the beautiful church and through the beautiful gardens.
