  This was our first trip to Marrakesh. We decided to stay at Riad Pourpre Medina after having read great reviews about the place and its staff. We were not dissappointed. The Riad is beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and well located in the Medina. We Got a great reception from Thierry when we arrived at the Riad.   Beautiful riad design & colours to hit you upon arrival after travelling! Helpful friendly staff welcomed us with mint tea and a map to familiarise ourselves so we didn't get lost! Delicious breakfasts in comfortable relaxing surroundings by the pool. Would love to return one day again. - Amazing riad with helpful staff. Zora is extremly friendly and hospitable, as are Aziz and the rest of the staff. The riad is a place of calm, the pool is very refreshing after a day of walking round in the city. The riad is close to the main square and tourism attractions. Everything was very clean and the breakfast included was nice. We also recommend the dinners made by Nadia: very nice.

  Staff was very friendly and the airconditioned room like heaven in a 45 degrees temperature outside. It's a wise idea to use the airport transfer when you go the the hotel for the first time(150dh), since the hotel is hard to find.   This riad was so beautiful and located very close to the big square and the souks. I literally can't say enough nice things about the hotel manager, Dominique. He is the best! He met us outside the medina walls where the cab dropped us off and walked us in to the riad telling us all about the area along the way. The riad itself is amazing to - What a fantastic place. Staying at Riad Lyla is not like staying in a faceless hotel; it almost feels like being a treasured guest in someone's home, with all the friendliness and hospitality that affords. The location is fantastic - in the heart of the Medina and a 5 minute walk to Djemaa El-Fna, the main square. The Riad is beautifully furnished, with lots of little 'nooks' to relax in, and is a tranquil delight in the midst of the chaos of the Medina. The manager Dominique was amazing -

  I really loved the customer service the Riad gave us. When we arrived they served us tea with pastries inside a relaxing area. Mustafa is amazing, he woke up early (6am) to serve us breakfast before an excursion.
