  Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Marrakech, insbesondere dank der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft von Marie und Philippe. Der E-Mailverkehr gleich nach der Berufung erfolgte prompt und reibungslos. Sie sprechen französisch und gut englisch.Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Riad war perfekt. Wir haben oft am Nachmittag auf der schönen - Wr wurden am Flughafen abgeholt. Bereits auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft wurde uns vieles gezeigt und erklärt. Super Service und zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft eine echte Perle. Klein und herzig arrangiert bis ins kleinste Detail. Das Frühstück hatten wir auf der Terasse und es war wunderbar und lecker.. Das Service war sehr hilhsreich aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Zimmer nicht zu gross und liebevoll gestaltet.   We loved our stay in Riad Houdou because of the beauty of the place, and the kindness and attention of Eric and Didier, the hotel proprietors, and all the lovely staff. I went with my two elderly aunts and we had a fantastic time. Even before we reached the hotel, the owners had worked out that our plane had been delayed (diverted to Agadir because of a sandstorm) and adjusted the evening meal for us. The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, with a quiet courtyard and plunge pool for reflection and reading during the heat of the day. Flowers in all the rooms really did add something extra. From that moment we received the most outstanding service imaginable: we were greeted in person and offered refreshments to relax. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  Riad Rafaele was the oasis we were looking for after a long drive back to Marrakech. Didier gave us a phenomenal welcome and an excellent recommendation for dinner. Our room was Suite Rafele which was very roomy and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were great too, and one of those things that varies a lot across riads. The rose pettles scattered on the bed, a relaxing hamam and pretty mosaic pool really made this place number one! Also the staff are so warm and friendly and the evening meal was delicious! I would highly recommend this fantastic Riad!
