  Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  This nice little hotel had a great Moroccan feel to it. It was simple but nicely decorated, with pretty decent wi-fi, and a very wonderful staff. They welcome you with delicious green tea and the outdoor area upstairs is a nice place to relax at night. We had to be up before breakfast for a flight so they out breakfast in our room the night before... was die leute sagen » . It was perfect. Only stayed here one night, but it was the perfect last day to our trip in Morocco! The hotel is right in the middle of the medina s - The owner of the Riad was so nice and helpful, she made perfect tea and gave us map on the fist day and she woke up at 6 to make the breakfast for us, although they serve them from 8.30 am. For the first time is good stay and good value for money. The first day everyone is lost in small streets of the Medina, but 2 and next days we found our way to the main Market and back to the Riad with no problems, it takes around 20 minutes get to the Market. The bus station is 5 and Majorelle Jardin -1

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes. Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco. This makes the place one of the best for staying inside the medina from Marrakech. - Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
