  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  What an amazing introduction to Marrakech..Riad Dix Neuf Ksour was everything and more than we anticipated on our first trip to this magical city. Eva and her team couldn't have done more for us during our stay, the service, food, accommodation and overall ambience and presentation of this fantastic Riad was all of a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay there. Our room was beautiful. The staffs were very helpful. It’s clean and well located. The food was excellent with the traditional Moroccan breakfast. If you love cooking then you will love their cooking classes as did my wife. I would recommend this riad to anyone.

  Great location - no dark alleyways to walk down (a considerable number of Riads in Marrakech are located in areas that look dodgy during the day, let alone at night). Refreshing garden / pool area - nice to come back to after the hussle and bussle of the city. Indoor restaurant a nice place to eat - but the menu was uninspiring - chose to eat here... was die leute sagen » after all the rave reviews it had received, but cant understand why. Coffee in the afternoon by the pool is very good, but the coffee served at break - palaus donab was a beautiful glamorous peaceful and fragrant haven. Our room was lovely , quiet and private. The breakfasts by the pool with the birds singing were glorious. It was well situated for shops and restaurants and although near the medina was peaceful and safe inside. The staff were courteous and unimposing but bit formal. However they were helpful in finding me an emergency dentist. Thank you and loved the atmosphere.

  Super nettes Personal, genauso wie der "Patron", der Deutsch sprach und uns viel Interessantes in der Stadt gezeigt hat. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war perfekt, die Lage sehr zentral.   Myself and my friend both had a great short break away using this hotel. We arranged to be picked up at the airport by the riad and were collected by the man and lady who run the hotel, they greeted us warmly and walked us to the hotel which might have been confusing to find alone. We were welcomed with Moroccan tea and made to feel well and truly... was die leute sagen » at home. Breakfast was nice and again we were waited on although we did feel slightly bad that we couldn't eat everything they gave to us. Being two - The host and working staff were really friendly and helpfull and flexible in making my stay as nice as possible. Changed time of breakfast, an urgent taxi to the airport at 5 am..everything was arranged in a second. They also book tours for you which you can decide on the evening before! Furthermore they inform you about nice places to go to. A wonderful experience and located right in the middle of the souks!
