Was die Leute sagen
by far the nicest riad we,ve stayed at.the manager abdenour could not have been more helpful and attentive but never pushy-which was our experience on previous visits to other guest-houses in fez.the breakfast and evening meal were exceptional.in the day the medina is enchanting, but for us the evening strolls close to the riad were a joy we never felt uneasy.a better location i cant imagine, we are already planning a longer stay in the spring.the riad is excellent value but the friendliness and. alle bewertungen »
It is a heaven of peace with a beautiful patio. The courtyard where the
breakfast is served, is simply awesome, a place of relax that you
'll never want to leave. We have dinner at riad : really good and
generous dinner. Our room was very nice and clean. Staff and Abdenor in
particular, were very friendly, they helped us a lot to orientate in
Medina and to satisfy our needs.
1. Location and convient, can take a Taxis direct to the door of the hotel, a few mins walk to medina
2. Staff, offer a free ride to North gate and help us to find a Taixs on leaving
3. Dinner.
The manager spoke very good english and provided advise to stop us
getting scammed which was a very real situation. . clean premises with
good food. Provided extra service at no cost,.
The food!! At first I thought 200Dh per person for dinner was expensive, but it's so worth it! We had some of the best tagine I've ever had.
One of our favorites riads in Marocco. Extremly nice and helpfull staf.
Peacefull courtyard. Delicious breakfast and diner...Lovely experience.
Very beautiful room with good wifi. Extremely helpful staff when I had to change my plans at the last minute.
Excellent service. They really looked after us. It's a beautiful hotel too! Would recommend it to anyone.
Location is perfect for Fez.
Room was very comfortable, big bed, good AC, shutters to keep out the light. We felt it was a good value for the money. Good location, easy to have cabs drop you at Batha Place.
Location of the Riad, just at the entrance of the medina of Fes. Good atmosphere in the central hall, Morrocan style.
Location is a bit off the pace.
In almost all places in the medina it was a bit cold in February. We
were traveling with our 8 month old baby.In our riad there were several
kinds of heating. Heater in the room and courtyard...
Everything was brilliant.
Dont eat dinner there, it is too expensive. There are a lot of nice locations around with better value for money.
Dont book a guide, if you have a good sence of orientation you can make it by your own.
Dinner was good, but expensive at 400 mad for the two of us. Hotel set us up with a guide who just wanted to take us to carpet shops, despite us telling him we were not going to buy. It seemed like the manager was pointing us to places where he received a commission rather than having our best interest in mind.
We took dinner the first night and want to encourage you not to do so. Seems tempting as you are new in town, but the dinner was modest, fat to expensive and dining all alone in the central hall is not providing a nice atmosphere.
Staff was non communicative, so difficult to get things done. This was 'overcompensated' by the manager, who tried to be a host but failed to do so.
