  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm.   This is a sweet, intimate hotel. Don't bother with the all inclusive deals (the restaurant is a block away and serves appalling cafeteria style food -- e.g. sausage casserole... need I say more!). I love Puerto Vallarta and this is my favourite place to stay. - It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area.

  The staff were fantastic! Helping us with inquiries and bookings for tours etc The hotel was excellent! It felt like a home away from home, we had the Master Suite, which we loved. Clean and tidy. Location, location. I could not think of better spot to be. Excellent value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi & computers with internet in the lobby. Nice rooms with amenities - flatscreen tv, aircon, wall safe, etc. Quiet location.
