  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. I saved the best for last and that w... was die leute sagen » as the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was perfect. - The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

I loved bathroom where they somehow managed to fit in good walk-in shower and a short but very deep bath which was comfortable even with my height! Cleaning was perfect.
