The location, everything you want to see is less than five minutes from this place, but the building has good walls and windows so doesn't let the street noise in. The bathroom, our shower was huge.   The staff were fabulous! Particularly the housekeeping staff (Isabel) and all of the waitstaff in the restaurant. The daytime woman at the desk was fabulous... I didn't get her name, unfortunately. Great balcony, comfortable room with lots of space. Beautiful courtyard/pool with fountains. One block from the zocalo so VERY good location.
