Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

Positiv an diesem Hotel ist die sehr schöne Lobby, der moderne hoteleigene Diskoclub mit Live Performances (sehr stylisch) und v.a. die sehr zentrale Lage. Wer v.a. wegen des Shoppings nach Kuala Lumpur kommt, ist hier besten... was die leute sagen » s aufgehoben. - Sehr komfortable betten. Die lage ist perfekt direkt gegenüber der Starhill Galerie und neben dem Pavillion shoppingcenter.

  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches. Big screen Mac for everybody to use. Very helpful and humorous staff.
