  I really don't know where to begin with the all the compliments this resort deserves. From our arrival to our departure, my husband and I were overwhelmed with the staffs hospitality, we were made to feel very special and part of the Rasas family. Complimentary shuttle service, breakfasts each day, tea, coffee and soft drinks every day, h - Fantastic. Best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff knows how to provide service and makes you feel at home. We stayed at the Rasa wing. At the pool side staff provides fresh fruits an cold towels twice a day. All soft drink are free of charge and at the lobby lounge free tea, sandwiches and cake are served between 3 and 4. Between 6 and 7 freewine, cocktails and snacks are served. If you want a quiet breakfast it will be served to you, but in their "cofee" shop there is a buffet breakfast second

  The hotel was fantastic, staff exceptional and facilities beautiful. A great spot in the city of Georgetown and lots of different options at the one hotel for room types from conventional rooms to 2 bed apartments. A special mention to Annie at reception who always made us feel welcome and was always helpful and really made the stay there. There is very little space in the garden however it is presented beautifully and you forget that you are in the middle of the city.
