The staff (Raza, Saqi and Anne) were always polite, helpful and pleasant. They even allowed me to keep the hair dryer in my room the entire 10 days. And when the air conditioner began leaking they had it fixed immediately.

-The prices are out of this world cheap, which no one can object to, especially given the great condition the hotel is in.

Homely atmosphere. Felt more like a home visit than a stay at a hotel. Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. One Stop Residence was a comfortable, clean, well priced apartment. Very easy to get into KLCC and other areas using the LRT, as well as being able to connect to the Komuter when required. Some very cheap (and good) eateries in the area. I also liked that there was a guest laundry to be able to keep on top of the washing whilst travelling.

A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good
but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
