  1. Location ! It's super close to LRT, KTM,monorail and bus stations. U can go EVERYWhere in KL from this place. Great location makes our trip less tiring and confusing in a new place.. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

  A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel. However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. We asked them to turn down the volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was back - Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
