  We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor. They apartments were serviced daily, king size bed was very comfy, large flat screen tv, nice modern bathroom and kitchette... was die leute sagen » , 2x bottles of water supplied daily included in the cost of the room as well as a daily newspaper.   We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
