Pool, Friendliness, they brought uss Babycod, extra bowl so that my wife could prepare food for the baby etc. immediatly upon request and free of charge. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull

Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections.
Personnel were very accommodating.
