As I am a singaporean, location was awesome. near to ciq. and the view was nice maybe because we were at the top level. In house dining was fast serve too. overall.. Good job. Keep up the good work.

The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The staff were amazing. I was travelling alone and they were especially
attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location
is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The
restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced
before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

The room and location is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).

We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the
pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a
wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the
morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff.

noodle station where you can choose the ingridients and soup for your

Check in was hassle free and fast. I left my iPad at concierge and
didn't know until I finish my bath upstairs only to find my iPad
was missing.
Called the frontline desk to help me look for it as I remember leaving it downstairs. Viola, my iPad was found and really thanks to the staff for helping me to keep it for my collection. Kudos to the hotel and the staff.
Room was big and spacious. Toilet was equipped with full set of toiletries. Rain shower was superb and the hot water was constant.
