  I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. I would give them tips when I check out. I called them the 'unsung heroes ' because I was raised up by a mum who works as a chambermaid all her life. Where the breakfast at $13 is on the high side, we were able to have a nice continental breakfast in our room using groceries available within walking distance. The Pullman is centrally located in Kuching, and we were able to walk easily to activities at the waterfront such as a boat - My husband and I spent 5 nights in a Superior Double room at the Pullman in early October. The staff were all so friendly, the room was superb, clean and a VERY comfortable bed! The hotel is situated on a norrow road with no traffic, so there was no noise at all...we slept like babies every night! The bathroom was huge with a nice bath too. Everything was perfect...we had the buffet breakfast every morning and there were plenty of choices. We would definitely recommend the Pullman who's looking

The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. - Staff quite nice, room size very generous, good location with various dining and shopping options nearby.
