The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway). Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help. Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email. Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room.
