A very convenient location and value for money (considering the fact that it is located amongst 5-star hotels). As it is situated within the Jungmun Tourism Complex, most of the tourist spots are within the area - Yeomiji Garden, the waterfalls, Teddy Bear Museum, Jungmun beach etc. There are many eateries and convenience stores within and nearby the hotel too. Breakfast selection was good too. Friendly staff - always ready to help :) Most importantly, the room had a very clean toilet :)

The air-conditioner is difficult to control and the room is too warm. Breakfast is too expensive.
Convenient & easy driving distance to major attractions & local dining options located in south Jeju-do. Two female employees at the reception desk spoke & understood English very well. One was helpful in recommending local pork bbq restaurants & wrote the name in Hangul for us so we could read the signs as well as also provided the correct phone number to input into our gps. Another young lady helped us to set up the gps for another location we wanted to get to. We had a very nice & comfortable room.
No AC...summer only. My husband is a light sleeper, so this can be a problem with noise. Fortunately it was cool & there wasn't too much outside noise to bother him.

Bad air circulation in the room. No air condition during winter but at least need to do something for air circulation facility. English level of their staff is very so so, don't understand what we want.
