Everything in the hotel was much better than I was expecting, given the budget price that we paid. A perfect place for an over night stay if you don't qualify for accommodation provided by your airline and all you really want is a comfortable bed. Our room even came with a spa bath, sauna, and 300 TV channels. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I arrived into Seoul from Beijing at approximately 10:30 PM. Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel. Nonetheless, I recommend it highly.
