The hotel shuttle service is really great help for me and my wife as
first timer in Korea. It was very prompt. We only waited for about 10
minutes after we called from the airport. Similarly happened when we

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. They made me feel quite
welcome. Perhaps they don't have all the glitz, glamour and
amenities of a big chain hotel, but the departure from the chains'

They pick you up from the airport and bring you to the airport. Very flexible with the times, we could even stay till 14:00 without paying extra. Staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. Rooms are very big, have a big bathroom with a steam shower and jaccuzie. Big tv and wifi, very quiet and had a good night rest. I arrived into Seoul from Beijing at approximately 10:30 PM. Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel. Nonetheless, I recommend it highly.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay as my flight out to Russia was
the following day. The hotel provides a shuttle bus which picked me up
from Incheon Airport and took me in 15 minutes to the hotel. The room I
got was very big and comfortable. The hotel had good wifi and I had a
big tv and also a pc in my room. -
