The owner is really helpful and you can use the facilities (kitchen and washing machine) for free. It's really important for us as we have been traveling for a few days and need to wash our clothing. Cute traditional house. Rooms are clean, well maintained with tv and
aircon. Its provided with korean futon and pillow stuffed with barley.
So you need to like sleeping on the floor! Kitchen is provided with
fridge, water, egg and bread which is really nice only 4 rooms available
so you feel almost like in a private house
location is 2 minutes Walk from bus terminal which is very convenient to access pretty much all sites.

Nice and friendly young boss! Location great! Very convenient. My family loves this place! Must visit Analpji pond at night, very beautiful pond reflection. Go by taxi back by foot to Sindal house. The owner and his wife were so kind and considerate. When he discovered I was learning Korean, he tried his best to encourage me to speak and even brought me to his local cafe for a meal, where nobody spoke English. His wife made the most wonderful breakfasts on both of the days I was there. If I ever travel to Gyeongju again, this is the house I would choose to stay in.
