  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

All rooms are big and with a great view over the city. This hotel cost us less than what a lousy motel in Australia would cost.   The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English. It's situated smack bang in the middle of the Osaka nightlife, but very quiet! This is the real Osaka on a plate!!! - Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka station and subway Umeda station.

  Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!
