The manager, Tommy, was extremely helpful and could speak English. He went the extra mile to help us and even had a perfect suggestion for dinner. I loved the ofuro, especially the one with the view from the top floor. I especially appreciated that it was such a convenient place - from jr station, metro, and esp the train to kansai airport. I like that it was so quiet even if it was in the busy and fun shopping drag.
alle bewertungen » The hotel's location is a big plus (few steps from Namba subway station which also connected to Namba Nankai line to Kansai airport; right in the middle of Osaka food/shopping street; walking distance to Dotonbori). Room is small but very clean and well managed. I like the tub. It is small and the water pressure is so strong that can fill the tub within just 7 minutes. I have come back here three times. It is the perfect location for a very good price right in the center of Namba. The rooms are not large (as is often the case in Japan) but functional and very clean. Very close to JR and Metro station and within a few hundred meters lots and lots of restaurants. Very nice hotel staff, too. And despite its central location very quiet. The location is great, very close to Namba jr, Nankai Airport railway and everything. Can access Dodun-bori, Shisaibashi by walk. Clean and quite. Most of the staff are helpful and there will be at least one english speaking staff on duty at day time. Onsen is good for relax after one day travel. I loved hotel location.It is near shopping arcade.You can walk around 5 minutes. The directions how to find it. when you come out of exit 11, you just walk in the market place alley and it actually has only a window with 3 floral arrangements that tell you - you're close to the hotel. I walked way too far down that main shopping drag before someone helped me. There is only lan cable in guest room that allow you to connect to the internet. There is totally no wifi even in the public area (not as describe on letsbookhotel.com) and we were very disappointed about this. We need to pay JPY400/hr for the internet at the media cafe next door to just cancel our hotel booking on the next few days, which required only 5 minutes internet connection. No Wifi?!! No public computer?! No printing service?! There is a cable in every room but how many tourists would bring along a laptop in their bag everytime they travel? Without Wifi, my ipad and smartphone can do nothing. Only wire internet provide, we have to bring own notebook. wifi internet will be better.
