- Good location. The hotel is near Harajuku station, Omotesando and Meiji Shrine. Despite of not be located in the major street there´s a sign pointing the hotel direction that makes very easy to find it.
- Wonderfull staff! They were very nice and helped me a lot. Specially one of the employes helped a lot teaching me ho to go to Kawaguchiko.

We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

I've stayed here a couple of times as it is, and I always love it. I know what to expect and I'm never disappointed. Great toiletries in the bathroom, good bed, there's an electric kettle and a beverage vending machine for each guest floor including a washer and dryer!
Love the free Wi-Fi too and the staff is undeniably polite: service is great.

This is a beautifully located hotel with excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. It is comfortable and extremely convenient for travel to, from, and within Tokyo. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding. I will stay here again, without question.

We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Very small rooms, not alot of space for your luggage, but it's Tokyo and you you don't get a lot of space for this price.

The hotel is well located, Shibuya is a few minutes walking distance. And even when you head to the other side, there are some nice areas. The rooms are small, but well, its Japan. if you have large luggage don't take the economy rooms. But the beds are good (small though) and everything is very clean, but this is also as the hotel is only 6 month

Tidy hotel with nicely decorated rooms and handy connections to most of Tokyo through Shibuya subway station and JR train lines.
Situated in a lively area (although very busy with hoards of people and plenty of noise) with lots of cool small restaurants and bars nearby.
The hotel staff was also happy to store our luggage for some time both before and after our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.
