  I stayed here because i had a flight out in the morning from kansai airport. The free shuttle bus picked me up from the airport and also dropped me there in the morning. The hotel is good the staff very friendly and the onsen on site is excellent and the nicest i have experienced in japan. Also the massage chairs are the best i have ever used. Incredible service and value!! Rooms were comfortable, slightly small to international standards, very clean. There was also a hot-spring spa, but unfortunately did not have time to check it out as were busy sightseeing! Looked amazing!

  Located literally steps away from the JR Hineno station. Staff suggested an upgrade from a small double to a standard double room for 1000 yen which was very reasonable and worth the price. The standard double room was small but cosy. Hotel had a Japanese public hot bath provided for guests to enjoy and unwind. Chose this hotel as we had a late flight in and wanted to travel to Kyoto the next day. Loved the staff's attitude, warm, helpful & very efficient despite limited English-speaking staff.
