  Our hosts were warm and sweet. They didn't speak much English and we didn't speak much Italian but we did a great job communicating and making sure we were taken care of, from coffee in the morning to arranging for a taxi to the airport. It was very clean.   I liked everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, homely atmosphere, nice, clean and modern rooms, rich breakfast, possibility to use a bicycle, magical location several steps from Puccini´s burial site, and of course the tortoise Valentina - Excellent attitude of staff!
